Construction Services in Erie, Colorado
Erie, Weld and Boulder Counties
Serving Erie and the Surrounding Area
Erie has grown fast over the past decade and continues to see new residential development on the north side of town. The community has a mix of newer subdivisions and established neighborhoods closer to the historic downtown. We work on new construction in Erie's growing corridors as well as remodels and additions in the older sections.
Erie spans both Weld and Boulder counties, and the applicable building department depends on your property's precise location within those boundaries.

Services We Offer Here
Why Devils Thumb Construction
What We Bring to Every Erie Project
- Licensed trades in-house. We carry electrical, plumbing, and HVAC under one license, which keeps coordination tight and quality consistent across every system in your home.
- Design-build under one roof. We handle architectural design, permits, and construction together, which cuts the gaps that cause cost overruns and scheduling problems when design and build are split between separate firms.
- Warranty on our work. We stand behind what we build. If something isn't right, we fix it.
- Free initial consultation. We talk through your project before you commit. No pressure, no obligation. You'll know what's involved and what it will realistically cost before any contracts are signed.
